Meditation beads made with 90 Lava Rock beads and 18 Golden Sheen Obsidian beads handstrung on waxed cotton thread featuring a Druzy Agate pendant. Mala measures approximately 36” around.

Lava Rock can help us strengthen our connection with the earth by grounding us and keeping us in touch with the present moment. Often we're anchored in the past or projecting ourselves into the future, neither of which add value to our lives. Value is found in the present moment, which is the only place we can make any real impact. Lava Rock also gives us strength and courage, allowing us stability through times of change. It provides guidance and understanding in situations where we may need to "bounce back.” A calming stone, it is very useful in dissipating anger.

Obsidian’s energy creates a protective shield that deflects negativity and repels attempts of others to assert power over us. It helps us to uncover our unique skills and hidden talents whilst releasing blockages to our spiritual and personal growth. It can give us insight into the core of problems and remove egotistical thinking, allowing us to find our spiritual path. By stimulating the Solar plexus chakra Gold Sheen Obsidian can assist us to reclaim our personal power and aligned with Divine Will, become co creators with the Universe to manifest what is best for the highest good of all beings.
